You can add featured image captions to your blog post summary by using the WordPress media feature. When you create a post, you will use the Featured Image box to add a featured image and your caption.
All you need to do is add a featurd image to your post and when you are uploading or selecting an photo from your library, add a caption to the caption box. That’s it!
