We answer support requests from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, EST.

Please ensure that you have followed these steps before submitting a new ticket:

  1. Search for your problem in our Knowledge Base / Theme Documentation.
  2. WordPress recommends PHP 7.4+. You can check the PHP version in your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info > Server.
  3. Disable all your plugins and test if your issue persists.
  4. If you can’t see the changes on your site, clear your browser’s cache or clear the WordPress caching plugin.
  5. Update WordPress, your Theme, and All Plugins to their latest version.
  6. Please mention the theme you are using and your website URL.
  7. If it’s a new theme installation, ensure that you followed our demo installation documentation for your theme.
  8. See if you have custom CSS code added as that could cause theme issues.
  9. Be as detailed & friendly as possible, and provide screenshots and/or videos if you believe your issue is not easy to spot. A bit of courtesy goes a long way :).

You can use these tools:
Nimbus Capture (free) as a browser add-on/extension to capture and annotate screenshots. Share the screenshot(s) with us.
Screencast-O-Matic to capture videos. Upload to your desired cloud storage and send us a link to it.
ImgBB to share screenshots with us. Upload to that website, then click on the link generated and copy and paste the URL to your next reply.

Support Policy

  1. We don’t give general WordPress support. Use the WP.org forums for general WordPress support or watch our How-To Video Tutorials from our other WordPress shop.
  2. We don’t provide free support for 3rd-party plugins, and we recommend disabling all 3rd-party plugins before contacting us. We can, however, help as part of our website customization service.
  3. We don’t provide support for websites installed on WordPress.com. Your website must be installed in a server using the self-hosted WordPress.org WordPress. Make sure to mention which WordPress you are using as there is a difference between both. We can also host your website in our WordPress friendly server. See our hosting page for more information.
  4. Customization of our themes and other WordPress Services can be offered by our team as paid services.
  5. If your license has expired, we will suggest renewing it in order to receive updates. Visit our Member’s Area to renew your license.
