Hi Douglas,

I see that you successfully entered the licence key for Openness Pro as it says that it is active in your account.
I don’t see any website entered for the PostMagazine Pro theme in your account with us here. That could be why the status is unknown.

What I suggest is to try to enter your 1 year theme membership licence key instead of the separate licence keys. That way, one key will suffice for all the themes.

I entered the following license after making the theme active to my website and it says the same error. The license entered is 83c052c04976c2ca528e69edc55cc731 Here are two screenshots.
