One of the added bonuses of this theme is that we’ve included a custom recent posts widget that includes a predefined thumbnail image (featured image of the post). If your post does not have a featured image, this will use a placeholder image.
Note: If a post has no featured image, it will include a placeholder image instead.
Setup Your Recent Posts Widget
- Go to Appearance >> Widgets
- Find the Moderne Pro: Recent Posts widget and drag it into a sidebar position, such as the Blog Right Sidebar
- Set how many posts to show and title your widget
- Click “Save & Publish“
