Hello,
I just installed the Marjoram Pro, and I’m trying to import the demo content. When I click on the JP Widget Visibility plugin, I get a message that the plugin does not exist.
Then I searched for Jetpack, and installed that. When I try to setup the plugin, here’s the error:
Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. If you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, deactivate W3 Total Cache, try to Connect to WordPress.com again, reactivate W3 Total Cache, then clear W3 Total Cache’s cache.I’m not using W3. I contacted my hosting company and they cannot figure out what’s wrong. They verified the XML-RPC and tried several troubleshooting tips from the Jetpack site.
Any ideas??
Thanks,
Pam -

I reinstalled WP and started from scratch. After installing the theme, when I click on Plugins to install the JP Widget, this message pops up:
Something went wrong with the plugin APIThe other recommended plugins were installed successfully.
Thanks,

Hi Pam,
Can you send us an email via our contact form that includes a username and password (Any that you’d like) for us to log in to your site and take a look? It has to have administrator role.
Thank you so much!

Update: We have resolved this via email. It turns out that the plugin in question has been removed from the WordPress.org plugins list. https://wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack-widget-visibility/
